Learn With Abhideep is operated by Abhideep Chakravarty.

When you register for a workshop, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. This information is used to confirm your registration, process payment, and send you communications related to the session you have registered for.

• To create and manage your registration and learner account.
• To process payment for your registration via our payment processor, Razorpay.
• To send transactional communications about your registration by email and, where applicable, WhatsApp — including confirmations and session/joining details closer to your session date.
• To generate and issue invoices for your registration.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers — these are handled directly by Razorpay under its own security and privacy practices.

We send transactional emails and WhatsApp messages related to your registration, such as confirmations, invoices, and session-joining details. These are operational messages required to deliver the workshop you registered for.

We share the minimum necessary information with the service providers who help us operate Learn With Abhideep: our payment processor (Razorpay), our transactional email and WhatsApp providers, and our invoicing system. We do not sell learner information to third parties.

Normal learner and account data is retained for up to 3 years after the learner’s last interaction with the platform, unless needed longer for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Payment, invoice, accounting, and statutory records are retained for the period required by applicable law.

Your learner dashboard and registration details are private and only accessible after you sign in to your account.
